Production area: Ripatransone and surrounding areas.
Wine varieties: Passerina.
Average yield per hectare: 11/12 tones of grapes.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color with a fine perlage. The nose is fruity with hints of yellow fruit and delicate floral notes.
Vinification: Cryomaceration of grapes, soft pressing with must debourbage and temperaturecontrolled fermentation. Maturation ‘sur lie’ for at least three months.
Serving suggestions: Ideal with fish-based appetizers and as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 5/6°C.
