Do I have to be registered with colliripani.it to place an order?
No, you don’t need to be registered to place an order, but registering allows you to stay up to date with our offers.

How can I change my details (email, password, address, etc.)?
Just click on your account. You’ll find your account in the top right-hand corner of the website header, or in the menu on the left if you are browsing from a mobile device. From there you’ll have access to your personal data panel and you’ll be able to change your address. If you need to reset your password or create a new one, follow the instructions under "Forgot your password?" when you log in. If you want to delete your account, please send us an email to: (info@colliripani.it).

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the website header. From there you’ll have access to your personal data panel where you can edit your details.

Can I cancel an order I placed?
Once an order has been completed and sent, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you encountered any problems during the purchase, please email info@colliripani.it and explain what happened. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

I’ve received a product that’s damaged or that I don't like: how can I return it and get a refund?
We use strong containers for our shipments and our courier is very careful when handling packages sent by La Cantina dei Colli Ripani to our customers.f for some reason one or more products have arrived at your address damaged, please contact us at info@colliripani.it and describe the damage. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
In the event of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us back the product and to email us a photo with a description of the damage so that we can avoid similar problems in the future.

What if the wine is corked?
Although this happens very rarely, it can occur that your wine tastes corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to info@colliripani.it– we’ll get right back to you. Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without the bottle.

What means of payment can I use at La Cantina dei Colli Ripani?
You can use PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay), bank deposit, or cash on delivery for a charge of €4.90.

Are my details safe when making payment?
You are safe with Cantina dei Colli Ripani: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the utmost security.

I have a discount code but don’t know how to use it.
Discounts refer to discount codes generated by the website or issued by customer service. You should enter your discount code on the summary page (where all your products are listed). On the right, below the total, you’ll see the words "I have a discount code”. Clicking on this will open a field to enter the code. Type in your code and then click on "plus" to activate it. When the page refreshes you will see the words "Discount code "XXXX" has been applied" The value of the coupon will be deducted from the order total. You can now proceed with your order by confirming the shipping address and payment method. Please note that you can only use one coupon per order.

I asked for an invoice but couldn’t find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
If you requested an invoice at the time of purchase, you can contact us by email (info@colliripani.it) stating your order number. The courtesy invoice will be in your package, and the tax invoice will be in your tax mailbox.
N.B.: Invoices are issued approximately 10 days after the shipment of your purchase. Check the date of your order to be able to download the relevant invoice.

What is the shipping time for my package?
The order will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours.

Can Cantina dei Colli Ripani ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to both European and non-European countries. If you want to have your order delivered to a country outside the European Union, customs duties or other fees and taxes may be required. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping and handling fees, and they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please write us an email at info@colliripani.it to inquire about the shipping and customs costs for the countries you are interested in.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your purchase is ready to go, we hand over the shipment to our courier service. You will then receive an email from the courier with instructions on how to track your delivery throughout its journey to your home.

How much does it cost to ship a package?
Shipping costs in Italy are set at €9. However, shipping within Italy is totally free of charge when placing an order for €39 or more.
