Experience a unique sensation in each glass.
You’re inside the Grotte di Santità, a maze of prehistoric tunnels weaving through Ripatransone. The underground structure stretches some 2,000 square metres underneath the town, forging pathways and labyrinths, tales and legends.
The name Grotte di Santità (‘Caves of Sanctity’) pays homage to this remote and ancestral place in Ripatransone. Ancestral, like the sparkling wine-making method – an age-old technique that results in complex and unique wines.
Grotte di Santità is a sparkling wine to be tasted either by shaking the lees to make them rise up, or by leaving them at the bottom.
Each bottle is unique, with its own number, and a new sensation in every glass.
