Wine varieties: Verdicchio.
Average yield per hectare: 9/10 tones of grapes.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. A complex bouquet with fruity and floral notes, along with hints of anise, almond, and citrus. Dry, fresh, and savory on the palate, with a lingering mineral finish.
Vinification: Gentle pressing, static settling of the free-run must, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short aging on the lees.
Serving suggestions: Ideal with fish, shellfish, and crustacean dishes. Also excellent with white meats.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 10/12°.
Alcohol content: 13,50% Vol.
