Double win for Castellano. A prize also goes to Falerio Pecorino from the Organic Line.

We can only improve by retracing our steps. And participating in competitions gives us the same food for thought. Last year, Castellano 2018 and ‘il vicolo’ 2020 received a mention. Now our Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore 2019 – Collection 508 – has won the bronze medal, scoring 88 with these words from the jury: juicy fruitiness with soft tannins, a very interesting wine. A total of 85 points were awarded to Falerio Pecorino DOC 2020 from the Orgamnic Collection its citrus and mineral notes on the finish were highly regarded, and the wine overall was described as sweet on the palate. The IWC – International Wine Challenge is one of the most prestigious competitions in the world of wine. Wines are blind analysed by multiple juries and competition is strong. Every year, wineries take part from all over the world.
