Four Steps in the Winery - Third Edition

Registrations are open for the wine course organized in collaboration with AIS Marche - Italian Sommelier Association Marche.

Four Steps in the Winery aims to make people, whether familiar with wine or approaching it for the first time, more knowledgeable and informed, enabling them to read and interpret a label correctly, understand terms like DOC and DOCG or IGT, and learn how to choose wine to pair with a dish.

The third edition also takes place every Thursday in the Winery (Contrada Tosciano 28, Ripatransone) starting from April 11th with this schedule:

April 11th 
All wine fermentations - led by Stefano Isidori

April 18th 
Law and DOC - led by Stefania Morbidelli

May 2nd 
Tasting - led by Cesare Lapadula

May 9th 
Pairing - led by Stefano Isidori
