Slow Wine Fair 2022

The first fair of the year: from 27 to 29 March, the Slow Wine Fair is the international event dedicated to good, clean, fair wine.

We’re taking part in this event for one simple reason: we believe that wine too can have an ethical message: that growing wine in a certain way can be good for the Earth and good for us. For some years now, we have been converting to organic farming and this year, along with the Bio-Vegan Line, we’ll also have Grotte di Santità – our new sparkling wine Metodo Ancestrale 100% made from Pecorino grapes.
