The Merano WineHunter Award

Excellence is an attitude is the description that accompanies the award given annually to outstanding wines of high quality, as well as culinary products, spirits, and beer. 

Intensity, complexity, elegance, extraordinary character, raw materials, tradition, sustainability, craftsmanship, professional expertise, artisanal production, indigenous grape varieties, and a strong sense of place are the criteria that guided the jury in evaluating our wines.

Gold was awarded to Leo Ripano 2020 – Offida DOCG Rosso, from the 508 Collection. Condivio 2018 – Offida DOCG Pecorino, Lajella 2023 – Offida DOCG Passerina e Mercantino 2023 – Offida DOCG Pecorino from the 508 Collection; Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore 2020 from the Organic Collection, Grotte di Santità 2020 – Spumante Bio Ancestrale Marche IGT Pecorino were included in the category The WineHunter Award Rosso.

The awarded wines will be available for tasting from November 8 to 12 during the Merano Wine Festival.
