Hidden beneath the rolling hills of the
Marche region, an ancestral myth lives on in
whispers. Legend tells of a treasure
concealed in the dark: a solid gold hen
surrounded by twelve pure gold chicks,
guarded by spirits who demand courage and
a pure heart from those who seek it. Much
like the Golden Hen, this wine is
“subterranean gold.” Born from the depths
of the earth, it matures in silence, revealing
itself only to those who know how to wait.
This label is a talisman: to possess this bottle
is to have found the treasure.

- Wine varieties: Verdicchio.
- Average yield per hectare: 9/10 tones of grapes.
- Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. A complex bouquet with fruity and floral notes, along with hints of anise, almond, and citrus. Dry, fresh, and savory on the palate, with a lingering mineral finish.
- Vinification: Gentle pressing, static settling of the free-run must, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short aging on the lees.
- Serving suggestions: Ideal with fish, shellfish, and crustacean dishes. Also excellent with white meats.
- Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 10/12°.
- Alcohol content: 13,50% Vol.
