Production area: Ripatransone and neighbouring villages.
Wine varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot.
Average yield per hectare: 10/11 t of grapes.
Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby red color with violet reflections. Intensely fruity aroma with hints of cherry and strawberry. Harmonious taste and good persistence.
Vinification: Carbonic maceration in part, the rest vinification in barrels at a controlled temperature.
Serving suggestions: Ideal with typical local cured meats and chestnut-based dishes.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 14/16°C.
