Olimpus - Passerina Brut Sparkling Wine 2022
Sparkling wine obtained by selecting Passerina grapes processed using the Martinotti method. Straw yellow colour with fine and consistent bubbles. The nose is fruity with hints of yellow-fleshed fruits and delicate oral notes. Ideal with seafood appetisers and aperitifs in general.
NB. The Magnum 1.5L format may be a different vintage from the 0.75L bottle.
Production area: Ripatransone and neighbouring towns.
Organoleptic characteristics: Light straw yellow colour. Fine and lingering perlage. Fruity smell of apple and pear. Pleasant with a long finish.
Vinification: Without skins with must debourbage and controlled temperature fermentation. Processed with long Charmat method.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 5-6°C.
