Le vie di Bacco 2024

From November 22 to December 8, in our town of Ripatransone, City of Wine and Oil, “Le vie di Bacco” comes to life. This event brings together the wineries and restaurants of our town, and this year we’re participating as well, especially at our Club, located at Piazza Matteotti 1.

For the event days, we've designed a menu that celebrates our local heritage, showcasing traditional flavors and typical products. The famous Olive all’ascolana will be followed by Ciavarro, (in the Ripatransone dialect, "lu ciavarre"), a legume and grain soup typical of Ripatransone, and Galantina a dish made with white meats, aromatic herbs, and spices. And of course, dessert will be included.

This menu will be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from November 22 to December 8, during “Le vie di Bacco” event days.
